Peter S. Cook is an internationally known deaf storyteller/poet whose works use American Sign Language, pantomine, storytelling, acting, and movement. In this DVD, he shares stories about a huge ape who falls in love with a tiny lady, a horse fly that ruins a family's vacation, why he was thrown out of math class, a boy who ends up with an endless pasta dish, a couple who visits heaven and hell, and Batman and his sidekick, Robin.

The goal of the Flying Words Project is to stretch the language of American Sign Language to the limit. Since ASL is a rich language of moving images, deaf poet and storyteller, Peter Cook, presents the sign language images in these two videos, while associate Kenny Lerner provides the vocalizations.
